The Maenam Pattani ( Thai: แม่น้ำ ปัตตานี - Pattani River ) is a river in the southern region of Thailand.

It rises in Amphoe Betong ( Betong district ) in Yala province and flows in the district Mueang Pattani in the Gulf of Thailand. The river has a total length of 214 kilometers.

With a catchment area of 3,296 km ² and an average water volume of 5 m³ / s or 2743 km ³ per year to the Pattani is Maenam Maenam Tapi after the second largest river in southern Thailand.
