The University Paul Cézanne Aix -Marseille III (French Université Paul Cézanne Aix -Marseille III) is one of three public universities in the Greater Marseilles. Your sites are located in Provence in the cities of Aix -en- Provence and Marseille. It was founded in 1973 as the last of the three universities of Marseille.
It is named after originating from Aix -en- Provence, French painter Paul Cézanne.
The university is affiliated with the Institut d' études politiques d' Aix -en- Provence, a social science institute in the rank of a Grande Ecole.
History
The University was established following the reorganization of the French universities by the Loi Faure in 1968 from parts of the University of Provence Aix -Marseille I and the University of the Mediterranean Aix -Marseille II in 1973 as the third university in the room Marseille.
