Paul Emsley

Paul Emsley ( born August 25, 1947 in Glasgow ) is a Scottish artist.

Emsley grew up in South Africa and moved in 1996 to the United Kingdom.

In 2012 he was awarded the contract, the official portrait of Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge to paint, which he completed in three and a half months. It came on and after its opening to some criticism.
