Paul Heaton

Paul David Heaton ( born May 9, 1962 in Birkenhead, England ) is an English musician.

Heaton was 1983-1988 singer of British indie-pop band The Housemartins, whose songs he co-authored with Stan Cullimore. After the Housemartins founded Heaton and drummer Dave Hemingway 1988, the follow-up band The Beautiful South, who disbanded in 2007. The pieces wrote Heaton now together with David Rotheray. Was published in 2001 Heatons solo album under the title Fat Chance, which he first published under the name Biscuit Boy. His second solo album, The Cross Eyed Rambler, appeared in July 2008. Appeared in September 2010, Heaton's third solo album Acid Country.
