Paul Maxwell
Paul Maxwell ( born November 12, 1921 in Winnipeg, Manitoba; † 19 December 1991 in London, England) was a Canadian actor.
Life
Paul Maxwell began his career in 1957 in the United States. Already in the following year, he had numerous guest roles in successful formats such as Alfred Hitchcock Presents and police report. In the early 1960s he moved to England, where he could continue his career in film and television. He played in 1961 in two series of secret mission for John Drake and had a supporting role in 1963 in Guy Hamilton's plea for a killer alongside Robert Mitchum. Starting in 1962, he said Colonel Steve Zodiac in Gerry and Sylvia Anderson's Supermarionation series Fireball XL5, other roles he spoke ready for Anderson's Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons and Revenge of the in-game movie Fire Birds. The mid-1960s he also played theater in London's West End and had a recurring role in the soap opera Coronation Street. From the mid- 1970s, he was next to his television roles again increased involvement in larger film productions, most recently in James Cameron's horror movie Aliens - The Return and Steven Spielberg's Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.
