Paul McCreesh

Paul McCreesh ( born May 24, 1960 in London ) is a British conductor.

Life

McCreesh was born in London in 1960. First, cellist, he studied there with music science and graduated as MUSB 1981 at the University of Manchester. In 1982 he founded the Ensemble Gabrieli Consort & Players, which soon in the field of historical performance practice, especially made ​​a name of Renaissance music.
