Paul Yao - NDRE, even Paul Yao - N'Dré, ( born December 29, 1956 in Gogobro, Hire - Divo ) is a politician from the Ivory Coast.

Yao - N'Dré, associate professor of law and political science, was sitting in the starting in 2005 election period for the Ivorian Popular Front ( FPI) as a representative of the municipality and sub- prefecture Hire ( Department: Divo / Region: Sud Bandama ) in the Ivorian Parliament. He belonged to the Committee on General Affairs and Institutional at ( Commission des Affaires Générales et institution Nelles ).

He's since August 2009, President of the Constitutional Council and is regarded as supporters of Laurent Gbagbo.

His appointment as President of the Constitutional Council has been criticized by the opposition as an encroachment on the neutrality of Wahlgerichtbarkeit.
