Paulinho da Costa

Paulinho da Costa ( born May 31, 1948 in Rio de Janeiro / Brazil) is a Brazilian percussionist.

Life

His love for percussion, he discovered at the age of five years by trying out all the areas where you can make any rhythms. He has mastered numerous percussion instruments. Even as a boy he performed with various bands and has traveled around the world. In the United States arrived, he was warmly received with the new Brazilian rhythms, which he brought and is there since 1972 mainly as a studio musician with a wide variety of productions worked.
