The Romanian radio stations KissFM started to play his songs that were popular due to the sophisticated puns and his Moldovan accent. Especially the melancholy song " Eu beu " ( translator's: I drink ) was a hit. In 2004, Stratan therefore released his first album again in Romania, together with the second CD " Amintiri din Copilarie vol. 2 ".

During the recording sessions for their third album, he discovered by chance the vocal talent of his then only three years old daughter Cleopatra. He had taken her to the samples in a studio in Bucharest, where she spontaneously took one of the microphones while playing into the hands and sang along with the dad. The studio team was thrilled by the chance inclusion and it was decided to record more songs with her. From the album " La de trei ani varsta " was created ( translator's: At the age of three years ), which was published in 2006 with 150,000 units sold was a great sales success. Style

Pavel Stratans solo albums are characterized by its slightly husky voice, coupled with acoustic guitar. The often melancholic or nostalgic ballads move somewhere between soft rock and Southeastern European folklore sounds. His lyrics thought-provoking and sometimes have socially critical content, but without reference to issues of the day. A special feature of his songs is also his Moldovan accent that sounds easy in contrast to the Russian spoken in Romania Romanian.
