Paysandu Sport Club

Paysandu Sport Club is a Brazilian football club based in Belém. The club was founded in 1914 and plays its home games at the Estádio da Curuzú mostly from, but sometimes at the Estádio Olímpico do Pará. Currently the club plays in the third Brazilian soccer league, the Série C.

History

The Paysandu Sports Club was founded in 1914. Since its inception, the club played in the Regional Championship of Pará, where, won his first title in its sixth year, ie 1920. This title win followed so far 43 more wins this competition, the name Campeonato Paraense. Last Paysandu won the championship of Pará 2010. In league play Paysandu SC plays in the third Brazilian League Série C.
