Pease 1

Pease 1 is a planetary nebula in the globular cluster M15, or about 33,600 light-years away in the constellation Pegasus. The nebula was discovered in 1928 by astronomer Francis Gladsheim Pease. It is the first from five planetary nebulae observed in a globular cluster. The fog has a brightness of magnitude 15.5 and can be observed with a telescope with an aperture of at least 30 cm.
