Pechenga River

The Pechenga (Russian Печенга; Finnish Petsamo; norwegian Petsjenga; North Sami Beahcán; . Skoltsam Peäccam ) is a river that runs in the north- west of the Kola Peninsula ( the Murmansk Oblast, Russia).

Geography

The river is 101 km long and drains an area of an area of 1820 km ². The Pechenga has its origin in the lake Mometjauri.
