Peeratat Phoruendee

Peeratat Phoruendee ( Thai: พีร ทร ร ศ์ โพธิ์ เรือน ดี, born March 15, 1979 in Lopburi ) is a Thai football player at the position of a defender. He plays for the TTM Samut Sakhon FC in the Thai Premier League.

Career

It is not used where Peeratat career really began. However, he played from 2002 to 2007 for BEC Tero Sasana. It was the most successful period of his career so far. He has been with the club twice runner-up, and in 2003 in the final of the AFC Champions League. In total he played 109 games for BEC - tero, scoring 8 goals. Since 2007 he plays for his present club TTM Samut Sakhon FC.

For the national team of Thailand, he ran the first time in the U- 23 squad. With it, he could win the 2001 gold medal in the Southeast Asian Games. It was the first Southeast Asian Games since the beginning of the match in 1959, which were denied in football exclusively by U -23 players. A year later - in 2002 - he was in the squad the team that could win the 4th place at the Asian Games in Thailand. With the team he won the ASEAN Football Championships 2002. The last major tournament that he played with the national team, were the AFC Asian Cup 2004.
