Pello Bilbao

Pejo Bilbao Lopez de Armentia (born 25 February 1990 in Gernika ) is a Spanish cyclist.

Career

In 2007, Pejo Bilbao for the first time attracted attention when he won the fourth stage of the Vuelta Pamplona for juniors.

His professional career began in 2011 when Bilbao UCI Continental team Orbea Continental, however, for which he went just three months. In early March, he joined the UCI ProTeam Euskaltel -Euskadi. In his first year as a professional he could enter three top 10 finishes, which he only Marco Marcato was beaten at the Tour de Vendée in the sprint the top group.

In 2012 he reached the tenth position in the overall standings at the Vuelta a Asturias.
