Peng Yun

Grace Peng Yun (Chinese彭云, born 15 July 1974) is an American badminton player of Chinese origin.

Career

Peng Yun won the 1993, still starting for China, bronze at the China Open in mixed doubles with Liang Qing. In China, it was three times national champion, where they won two titles in a double and mixed doubles. In their new home, the United States, she won for the first time at the 2004 U.S. Championships single. At the U.S. Open the same year she was third in mixed doubles and fifth in doubles. In 2006 and 2007 there was again successful in women's doubles. In 2008 she won the Mixed competition at the U.S. Open.
