Persefone

Persephone is a company incorporated in October 2001 Progressive Metal band from Andorra.

Band History

Persephone was founded in 2001. In the early days the band coverte songs by Arch Enemy, In Flames or Dark Tranquillity. Thereafter, however, they began to write on his own albums. After some time the band members also wrote his own compositions and recorded a demo, which was released in 2004 by the French label Adipocere Records as a CD on the European market. After some line-up changes, the group released in 2006 the album Core, a concept album about the Greek goddess Persephone, after which named the group. The album was released exclusively in Japan and was first licensed in 2007 by Burning Star Records for the European market. Was published in 2009 Shin -ken, the third album of Persephone. Like its predecessor, the album initially released in Japan, but is obtainable on amazon.com in MP3 format.
