Peruíbe is a town on the coast of the Brazilian state of São Paulo. Peruíbe represents the southwestern end of the metropolitan region of Baixada Santista to about 80 km northeast located port city of Santos represents the distance to the state capital São Paulo is around 95 km away. There are also ruins of the early days of the Portuguese conquest. The municipal area there is also a reservation of Nhandhevá, the people of the Guarani.
