Peruvian Nationalist Party

The Partido Nacionalista Peruano (PNP ) ( German " Peruvian Nationalist Party " ) is a Peruvian political party. Its chairman is Ollanta Humala, which 2006 candidate of the alliance with the Unión por el Perú was for the presidency. The origins of the party partly in Etnocacerismus. The PNP is both nationalist and social revolutionary. She is opposed to the traditional party system and saw himself as a constructive opposition to the government of the Social Democrats Alan Garcia.

As the initiator and part of the Gana Perú party alliance, the PNP won the 2011 presidential elections and since then represents the President.
