Peter M. Brant ( born 1947 ) is an American multi-millionaire (his fortune is estimated at 2.7 billion U.S. $ ), art collector, film producer and owner of the " White Birch Paper Company ". He is also the owner of the publishing house " Brant Publications, Inc. ", which specializes in art magazines.

White Birch Paper produces high-quality newsprint and directory paper and paperboard at six plants in the U.S. and Canada. More than 1.3 million tons of newsprint and directory paper are made with a proportion of up to 50 percent recycled paper annually. The company's headquarters is located in Greenwich, Connecticut. White Birch Paper is a family business with customers in the U.S. and the rest of the world.

Peter Brant is the owner and breeder of a number of English Thoroughbreds, including Waya (FR), winner of the 1979 " American Champion Older Female Horse" and of Gulch, among other things, the " Breeders' Cup Sprint " and the " American Champion Sprint Horse "won.
