Peter McCauley

Peter McCauley ( born March 8, 1950 in New Zealand) is a New Zealand actor.

Life and career

Peter McCauley was born in 1950 in New Zealand. McCauley is married to actress Catherine Wilkin.

His acting debut was Peter McCauley in the comedy film Middle Age Spread as a man in the bar was followed by other activities in the New Zealand and Australian films. In 1996 he stood for the first time in a U.S. TV production before the camera. Here McCauley embodied in Xena - Warrior Princess in a series on the role of Lucy Lawless as Xena Talmadeus next. A year later, he played a small role as an admiral in the TV movie 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea alongside Michael Caine and Patrick Dempsey. When Detective Hudson, he starred in the thriller The interview alongside Hugo Weaving, who played the lead role. In 1998, he starred in four episodes of the three different characters Odin, Ajax and Gekkus in the television series Hercules with Kevin Sorbo as Hercules.

In the television film The Lost World, he played the lead role of Dr. George Edward Challenger and then McCauley embodied this role for 66 episodes in the eponymous television series and was then synchronized by Bodo Wolf.
