Peter Nolander

Peter Nolander ( born January 29, 1981 in Karlstad ) is a Swedish professional ice hockey player who is since June 2011 Mora IK in the HockeyAllsvenskan under contract.

Career

Peter Nolander began his career as a hockey player at the Arvika HC, for the first team in Division II and from 1999 he was I from 1996 to 2001, first in the Division active. Then the defender moved to Mora IK of the HockeyAllsvenskan with which he in the Elitserien, the highest Swedish league, rise in 2004. He spent two more seasons with the club before he moved in summer 2006 to their league rivals Brynäs IF, for he went into the following four seasons on the ice.

The 2010/11 season spent Nolander in their league rivals AIK Ishockey, with whom he reached the playoff semi-finals and missed a sweep at the later master Färjestad BK. In April 2011, his expiring contract with AIK Ishockey was not renewed. Two months later Nolander received a contract for the second division Mora IK.
