Peter Rösch

Peter Rösch ( born November 14, 1930; † January 13, 2006 in Lausanne ) was a Swiss football player.

Peter Roesch began his career at Young Boys Berne. 1961 and 1962 he won the Swiss Championship with Servette Geneva and the 1965 Cup with FC Sion. Between 1955 and 1962 the defender ran five times for the Swiss national team. At the World Cup 1962 he was part of the contingent of Switzerland. After his playing career, he was a coach at the professional clubs Vevey -Sports, Martigny-Sports, FC and FC Sion Renens. Roesch died of heart failure.
