Peter Wolfe (musician)

Peter Wolfe, probably better known as Wolfman, ( b. 1968 in Maidstone, Kent ) is a British musician, songwriter and poet. He is also the singer of the band Wolfman and the Side - Effects.

Career

For the first time public attention was Wolfe with his hit single For Lovers, which he wrote for Pete Doherty, the Babyshambles singer and member of the indie band The Libertines. Doherty and Wolfe formed a deep friendship. So Doherty wrote the song Wolfman, which is released as a B- side on the Babyshambles Albion Single for Wolfe. Also supports Wolfe occasionally gigs of Babyshambles.

Moreover, since 2006, there is a documentary about Peter Wolfe, which bears the name of Wolfman and I, but has not yet been published. Among other things, strong wolf drug addiction is treated, on account of which he went this year in therapy.
