Peterview

Peter View is a small community in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Peter View is situated on the Notre Dame Bay. The place was originally called Peter's arm, but was renamed in 1962 in Peter View. In 1800 a French sawmill was built. After that, the population grew rapidly. View Peter has a softball field, a post office and a gas station. Schools, a hospital, a swimming pool and a shopping center located in the nearby Botwood.
