Petri Koivisto

Petri Koivisto (* November 15, 1986 in Kiiminki ) is a Finnish professional ice hockey goaltender who stands since 2011 at the Espoo Blues in the SM- liiga under contract.

Career

Petri Koivisto has already played at youth level for Kärpät Oulu, for his professional team, he made ​​his debut in the SM- liiga in the season 2005/ 06. Since he usually only in the junior team Kärpäts was used, Koivisto collected in the years 2006 to 2008 match practice in the sub-prime Mestis where he stood for Hokki Kajaani and TuTo Turku between the posts. Then the goalie returned in the summer of 2008 back to Kärpät Oulu, where he became the main goalkeeper.
