Petrykozy, West Pomeranian Voivodeship

Petrykozy ( German Althof ) is a dwelling-place in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland. He is in the field of Gmina Rymań (Town novel) and, with this the powiat Kołobrzeski ( Kolberger circle).

The living space is located in Eastern Pomerania, about one kilometer southwest of the village Świecie Kołobrzeskie ( Schwedt ). Just two miles south of the living space is Mechowo (Monk reason), about 500 meters northwest of the Hofwüstung Ludwigshöh. West of the living space flows Rottbach, which flows north into the Kreiherbach.

Althof has long been a manor belonged to the noble family Wachholtz. As such, it was first mentioned in 1604, when Duke Bogislaw XIII. a member of the family with several goods enfeoffed. On the Lubinschen map from 1618, the place is listed as Oldenhoff. The Erbherren Althof belonged to the Chamberlain and Amtshauptmann Georg Christoph von Holtz wax († 1716). At times, belonged to the same owner Althof like a Gutsanteil of Schwedt ( Schwedt B) and small Jarchow.

In Ludwig Wilhelm Brüggemann's detail description of the current state of the Royal Prussian Duchy pros and Pomerania (1784 ) Althof is listed as a manor under the noble estates of Greiffenbergschen circle. For the first time at the beginning of the 19th century belonging to Althof Vorwerk monk reason was called.

Around 1880 Althof was no longer owned by the family wax Holtz. In 1887 the manor was divided by the then owner. It emerged ten Bauer points were established for distributed in the field Mark farmsteads. The former Vorwerk monk reason was sold separately. There was a so-called Restgut Althof with 113 hectares (as of 1892), which was also sold.

Althof was reclassified in 1818 from among Pommern in the circle principality; the new county boundary ran west of Althof. Following the dissolution of the circle principality in 1871 Althof came to the circle Colberg- Cörlin. Althof formed in the 19th century, initially a private Gutsbezirk, which included the Vorwerk monk reason. After the division of the manor of Gutsbezirk in 1901 was dissolved and incorporated into the rural community of Schwedt. By 1945, Althof then formed a living space of the rural community Schwedt and belonged to the district with this Kolberg- Körlin Pomerania.

After the Second World War came Althof, like all of Pomerania to Poland. It was the Polish place names Petrykozy.
