Phil Cortes

Phil Cortes (* April 21, 1982 in Campbellton ) is a retired Canadian professional road racing cyclist.

Phil Cortes began his career in 2004 at the Canadian cycling team Italpasta transport Belmire. In the 2006 season he won the Bear Mountain Spring Classic NY and a stage at the Tobago International, where he also finished third in the overall standings. 2007 drove Cortes for the Continental team Calyon - Litespeed and since 2008 he goes for the Polish- Italian team Amore & Vita- McDonald's. In the 2008 season he was successful on a section of the Vuelta a Costa Rica.

For the 2013 season, he is sports director at Amore & Vita.
