Philippe Habert

Philippe Habert (* 1604 in Paris, † July 26, 1637 in Houdeng- Hainaut ) was a French writer.

Together with his brother Germain and his cousin Henri Louis Habert, he was one of the Three.

Habert was friends with one of the founding members of the Académie française, Valentin Conrart and was also commissioned by this to draw up the statutes of the Academy. Habert was the first owner of the armchair 11 1639 Jacques Esprit followed him to this place after.

Habert died as a captain of artillery at the age of 33 years, as in Aimeries exploded an ammunition depot and was buried under the rubble.
