Phoebe Dollar ( born July 26, 1975 in Durham, North Carolina ) is an American actress. She is primarily known in the United States and appeared in several independent horror productions (mainly horror splatter films). With her company "Dollar Productions " she produces for some time also own ( Charlie 's Death Wish).
