Pierre Clémenti

Pierre Clémenti ( born September 28, 1942 in Paris, † December 28, 1999 ) was a French actor who also worked as a director, screenwriter, cinematographer, film producer, composer and editor working in the course of his career.

Life and work

In 1960, Pierre Clémenti his acting debut in Yves Allégrets Chien de pique and has become a sought-after character actor. Until his death, he starred in 94 films and was known mainly in France and Italy. His most famous role with which he became famous in the German-speaking world, was that of Sefir in Franco Rossi's Bible filming a child named Jesus. Pierre Clémenti died in 1999 of liver cancer.
