Pingchuan District

The municipality Pingchuan (平川 区Pingchuan Qū ) belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city Baiyin the Chinese province of Gansu. It has an area of 2,106 square kilometers and has about 200,000 inhabitants ( 2004).
