The Pinheiros River is a 25 km long river in the Brazilian state of São Paulo. It flows through the eponymous capital of the state.

The river is formed by the confluence of the Rio Guarapiranga and the Rio Grande in the Zona Sul of São Paulo and opens in the northwest of the city in the Rio Tietê.

In almost its complete length, it flows parallel to the city highway Marginal Pinheiros, which together with the Marginal Tietê the Rio Tietê the main artery of the city's transport system.
