Piotr Chmielewski

Piotr Chmielewski ( born September 18, 1970 in Lublin ) is a Polish former racing cyclist.

Piotr Chmielewski 1993 won the race Polska -Ukraina, he was Polish champion in the time trial in 1996. In 1998 he won at the Bałtyk - Karkonosze Tour. In 2000 he drove for the team Mróz and started in the Olympic Games in Sydney in the road race, but which he did not finish. In 2001, he won the overall classification of the Giro del Capo, the Memorial Henryka Łasaka and each a stage of the Tour of Poland and in the Herald Sun Tour. In 2003 he moved to CCC Polsat, where he decided, among other things a stage of the Wyscig Dookola Mazowska for themselves. In 2004 and 2005 he drove two years for Intel- Action and again in 2006 for CCC Polsat. In 2004 he won the Tour of Slovakia. From 2007 he drove for Action Uniqua, the year after he ended his cycling career.
