Planet Hemp
Planet Hemp was a Brazilian rock and rap band. The band was active, as in its name, which in German means in about Planet Hemp, is evident in their texts for the legalization of cannabis. The best known member was later successful as a solo artist, rapper Marcelo D2. The band was founded in Rio de Janeiro in 1993 and broke up in differences, as well as the solo career Marcelo D2s, which, however, still has performed with members of his former band eight years later. Next to him were Skunk, Rafael, Formigão and Bacalhau founding members of the band.
