History

The Rasmus released their second studio album Playboys in August 1997. It also went gold in Finland. The sound was similar to Peep, but more instruments such as trumpets and saxophones came before it. That gave the album a mix of rock, funk and ska. The previous producer Teja Kotilainen was replaced by Illka ​​Herkman. The band released a music video for the single Playboys.
