Pluski

Pluski [ Pluski ] ( German Plautzig ) is a village in the municipality Stawiguda ( Stabigotten ), powiat Olsztyński in the Polish Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship.

The village is located in East Prussia, 10 km east of Olsztynek ( Hohenstein ), 20 km south of Olsztyn ( Olsztyn ) on Jezioro Pluszne ( Plaut Ziger lake ), surrounded by forest. Parts of the area were available at the time of the People's Republic of Poland hunting ground for politicians and state guests and therefore not free. The Plaut Ziger lake has good water quality, motor boats are prohibited.

Especially popular this place is for tourists in the Polish capital Warsaw. Mainly in the summer people meet there but tourists from all over the world, especially many from Germany. In Poland known personalities in Pluski many have their holiday homes. Hieronim Skurpski, Polish artists, dedicated to the village a picture book. Since the summer of 2007, the swimming pool ( Aqua Park ) has opened the hotel Warmia Park.

A new holiday home complex of 14 luxury homes built in the in the period from 2007 to 2010.
