Podgorica-Marathon
The Podgorica Marathon ( Montenegrin: Podgorički Maraton ) is a marathon in Podgorica, which is held annually since 1994 in the fall. The event also includes a half marathon.
The route of the only marathon in Montenegro is a flat, continuous paved circular route starting and finishing in the city center, which leads through the suburb Golubovci and the town of Tuzi. The half marathon starts in Danilovgrad. Both distances were measured according to the standards of the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races ( AIMS).
