The Pokschenga (Russian Покшеньга, Покшенга ) is a left tributary of the Pinega in the Arkhangelsk Oblast in northwestern Russia.
It has its source which runs on a ridge between the rivers of Northern Dvina and Pinega. It first flows in a northerly direction, then in an easterly direction. After 170 km, it reaches the Pinega. The Pokschenga drains an area of 4960 km ². It is mainly fed by snowmelt. The average discharge 25 km above the mouth is 44 m³ / s Between the end of October / early November and late April / early May, it is covered by a layer of ice.

Until the 1990s, the river was used for rafts.
