Poompat Sapkulchananart

Poompat Sapkulchananart ( Thai: ภูมิ พัฒน์ ทรัพย์ กุล ชน นาถ; born 18 October 1983) is a Thai badminton players.

Sporting career

National won Poompat Sapkulchananart with the Thai Championships 2006 in men's singles, breaking the winning streak of Boonsak Ponsana at this event.

At the Asian Games in 2006 managed Poompat Sapkulchananart to the last sixteen, retired from there but against the eventual silver medalist Lin Dan from China. In the Southeast Asia Games 2007, he was even in the quarterfinals, then defeated Nguyen Tien Minh, however, almost from Vietnam in three sets. In the quarter- final was also the final destination in the Asia Cup 2006., Where he lost to eventual champion Lee Chong Wei from Malaysia. In the Denmark Super Series in 2007 and the Singapore Super Series 2008, he retired against Peter Gade from in the second round.
