Pouch (marsupial)
As a marsupium (Latin marsupium, " pocket " ) refers to the brood pouch or brood chamber in different animal groups:
- Marsupials
- Marsupien in the gills of female mussels, such as the river mussel. The larvae develop there continue to glochidia.
- Satchel crabs
