Pramila Rijal

Pramila Rijal (born 1 May 1985 in Chisapani ) is a Nepalese athlete.

Pramila Rijal starts in Nepal for the sports group of the " Armed Police Force". At the national championships in 2012 of Nepal, the 1.55 meter tall and 54 kilogram athlete won the gold medal in the disciplines of 100 m, 200 m, 400 m and the 4 x 100 - meter relay.

In the Summer Olympics 2012, she started in the 100 -meter run. Due to back problems she could not relate to their personal best of 12.06 seconds and came up with 13.33 seconds at the 25th place in the heats.
