Pramote Teerawiwatana

Pramote Teerawiwatana ( Thai: ปราโมทย์ ธี ระ วิวัฒน์; born June 14, 1967 in Kanchanaburi; † 4 October 2012 in Bangkok ) was a Thai badminton players.

Sporting career

In 1992 Pramote Teerawiwatana first time at the Olympics in men's doubles. There, he won his first round match with Siripong Siripool, but lost the second game and was ninth. He was ninth in 1996, but this time with Sakrapee Thongsari at his side. 2000 and 2004, he launched Tesana Panvisavas and was again at both events ninth.

In 1993 he won with Tesana Panvisavas at the Asian Games in 2001, both were in the quarterfinals of the badminton world championship. Pramote Teerawiwatana died on October 4, 2012 at the age of 45 years at Ramathibodi Hospital in Bangkok from lung cancer.
