Prime Minister of Turkey

Turkey's Prime Minister Office ( Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Başbakanlığı ) is the Office of the Prime Minister of Turkey. It is organized as a ministry. One of his tasks is to coordinate the work of ministries to monitor the government's policy and to implement the government's program belongs. The premiership is editor of the daily section of the Official Journal of the Republic of Turkey.

  • The Office of Human Rights ( Başbakanlık İnsan Haklari Başkanlığı )
  • The supervisor for the Southeastern Anatolia Project
  • The charge of privatization authority
  • The statistical office (Türkiye İstastik Kurumu )
  • The Turkish Bureau of International Cooperation and Coordination

The Minister of State ( Devlet Bakani ) are subordinate to the Prime Minister's Office. Since 2003, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan 's Prime Minister.

History

Was officially founded in office on January 20, 1921 On May 20, 1933, the work and the duties of the Prime Minister's Office with the Law were in 2187 ( Başvekâlet Teskilat ve Vazifeleri hakkinda Kanun - the "Law on the Establishment and Duties of the Prime Minister's Office "). First regulated by law. Following adoption of the Turkish Constitution of 1982 and the Redefinition of the roles of the Prime Minister, the transformation of the Prime Minister's Office was also necessary. In 1984, the duties of the office with Act No. 3056 were revised. The law replaced a previously valid " Decree Law " ( Kanun Hükmünde Kararname ).
