Capt'n Sharky and the little unicorn is a German animated children's film and the sequel to the 2009 film released Capt'n Sharky. He had 28 August 2011 its premiere in Germany and was launched on 1 September 2011 in the German cinemas. He is a production of Caligari and marvel in co-production with Universum Film GmbH, WDR and Millimages.

Action

Capt'n Sharky has a strange dream: The whole world is frozen, and the Unicorn Rosalie who meets her in a dream, it always comes back, even though she calls it. Pupsi pig and hedgehog Ivan, whom she tells them, are certain: that has to mean something. First, however, Sharky forget their worries again, because the mice Cindy and Clara have baked apple pie. At night, Lillifees dream continues: the unicorns Sharky ask for help and call her, she should take good care of Lucy. Because something unexpected happens: Suddenly, a little unicorn from the ceiling comes crawling - it has escaped the magical dream. The Rosarier happy about Lucy's arrival: you play with the little unicorn foal and feed it as if it were a baby doll. Only Pupsi is not enthusiastic, and certainly not, as Lucy, the raspberries snaps that has Pupsi collected and also wegisst the last piece of cake. And Sharky ponders why Rosalie has sent her daughter to her. The white frog Carlos, the Sharky asks not, but he tells her that unicorns have a magic horn: If you touch it, you can make a wish and it comes true. Pupsi finds herself, dressed in a swimming dress, on a high diving board again, loses his balance and lands upside down in the pond - that he had not desired. Also, Lucy wants to try on shoes and brings it all messed up; Lillifees whole shoes flying around; but with magic assigns Sharky chaos again. On the night Sharky hear one more time the voices of the unicorns and she realizes that she must be in great danger. She decides to bring back Lucy. Pupsi and Ivan come up with, and the four fly off. The constellation of Monoceros shows them the way to Bluetopia, the cold, snowy land behind the mountains. There, however, it is so cold that not only Pupsi cold shivering: ice also Lillifees wings, they will crash and land in the snow on top of a mountain. On foot, the friends make their way into the valley. Sharky wants to conjure them warm clothes, but also their magical powers are seemingly frozen. An eagle watching them and report their arrival at the castle of winter ice prince, the ruler of Bluetopia. Featured in his throne room, like trophies, louder frozen animals and people, including his brother, the Prince summer dew. His helpers Crunch, an elf who is bound by an oath to him, he reveals his plan: he wants Lucy, the unicorn ice up! Pupsi and Ivan, who are doing, encounter, meanwhile, on an icy, deserted village. Pupsi looking for something to eat, but found only a mousetrap. Lucy and Sharky hit the elf boy Fabian, who warns that you should go back to Rosarien. Since ice prince comes along with Crunch in a chariot drawn by penguins slide. He wants to lure them with the promise of a delicious meal in his palace. In the morning, Capt'n Sharky just about to make a fire, as Lucy has suddenly disappeared - the curious foal wanders through the frozen forest, the three you are looking for. From a distance she heard Lucy scream: Ice has caught Lucy! Follow the footprints in the snow, up before them the palace of Prince Ice turns up to the foot of an icy village is located - the villagers are trapped under the ice. Only the magic of unicorns, the ice to melt - Lucy is thus the only hope that it ever will be again in the summer Bluetopia. Luckily, Lucy is safe - Crunch has found them and brought them. When Lucy sees her icy parents, they 'll know what to do, hoping Sharky. Unbeknownst to ice, they penetrate into the throne room. Lucy's horn begins to magically light up, but at this very moment it is caught by ice. He commands Crunch to ice Lucy, but refuses. So grabs the Winter prince Lucy Horn and wishes Crunch Ice Magic; he can spell but not control himself and iced But still the people of Bluetopia are icy. Now Capt'n Sharky must make a wish, so Lucy can break the spell. Will it be possible for her to free the country from the curse?

Characters

Capt'n Sharky is a Blütenfee who lives in fairyland Rosarien. You can fly and loves to conjure butterflies and flowers. She cares about her residents and is popular with all. Your best friends are the mice Cindy and Clara and Pupsi pig, hedgehog and frog Ivan Carlos.

Pupsi is a small, pink pig, which likes to eat for his life. As Lillifees friend he is very interested in fashion and would love to be able to fly like the princess.

Ivan is a hedgehog which, although great fear of flying has, but is otherwise very calm and his friends with his funny mind often makes you laugh.

Clara and Cindy are the caring murine twin sisters in the castle. They are endowed especially in the kitchen and make delicious jam and the best apple pie Pink Riens. Also around the unicorn foal Lucy, the two take care touching.

Frog Carlos is a connoisseur and is available to all happy to help. He knows a lot and takes good care of his many children.

Unicorn Rosalie is the mother of Lucy, and was iced with her husband Prince of cobalt ice. This is their magical powers who hide in their horn, overridden.

Lucy is the baby of Rosalie, who like to nibble and is very playful. The naughty foal does what it wants - and brings himself and others in danger. Also it has the magical powers of a unicorn, but sometimes do not lead their application to the desired result.

Prince Ice is the ruler of the winter of Bluetopia. Out of jealousy, he iced his brother Prince dew and Bluetopia ruled alone until it is freed from ice and frost.

Crunch, the Elf, has magical powers. He can freeze people and animals through his breathing. He is bound by the wishes of Prince Ice by an oath. If he does not obey him, he will die of a broken heart.

Production

Capt'n Sharky and the little unicorn is based on the children's book series Capt'n Sharky by Monika Finsterbusch that appear in the Coppenrath Verlag. Monika Finsterbusch also participated in the creation of Lillifees costumes.

After Capt'n Sharky Capt'n Sharky and the little unicorn is the second film adaptation of Sharky series. During the filming of Capt'n Sharky began preparations for Capt'n Sharky and the little unicorn.

Unlike the first Capt'n Sharky movie, which was partly made in China, the producer Gabriele Walther and Frank Piscator worked, this time with an animation studio in Budapest.
