Prospect (Slovenian band)

Prospect is a Slovenian - Progressive Metal band from Ljubljana, which was founded in 1999.

History

The band was founded in 1999. That same year, the group recorded their debut album # 1, also published in the same year. This was followed by more than 50 appearances to promote the album. In 2002, the band held several concerts with Paul Dianno. The next album Moments was published in 2003. In 2004, the band performed at the Metal Camp, on the other bands like Danzig were heard. In 2004 the band went on tour through Europe. The tour included 16 performances, on which also Exodus, Agent Steel, Mortitian and Nuclear Assault were heard. In 2005, followed by appearances, including with Slayer. The band also gave a tour of Austria with Queensrÿche and another by Germany with Helloween. After that, the band recorded the album Chronicles of Men, which was released in 2008. In addition, a music video for the song my Numbers was recorded. In 2009, the band performed at the ProgPower Europe.

Style

The band plays progressive metal that compared to bands such as Queensrÿche, Vanden Plas, Poverty 's No Crime and Everon, but the songs are less complex, but thus far catchier.
