Protasovo air base

Protassowo (Russian Протасово ) is a former military airfield is southeast of Ryazan.

The airfield served until 1992 as a training location of the DOSAAF. Later the airfield for civilian purposes has been used. On the western flight tickets it is also called " Ryazan Alexandrowo " (after the village lying north of it ).
