The Providence Stadium (also: National Stadium ) is the largest sports facility in Guyana and is a few miles south of the capital Georgetown.

It has 15,000 seats and 5,000 standing places. The stadium was built for the Cricket World Cup 2007. It also works for other sports, such as used, for example football.

The construction costs of cricket and multi-purpose stadium amounted to about 25 million U.S. dollars and it was for the most part financed by the Indian state.
