Publius Cornelius Dolabella (consul 283 BC)

Publius Cornelius Dolabella from the family of Cornelius was in the year 283 BC Gnaeus Domitius together with Calvinus Maximus Consul of the Roman Republic. In the Battle of the Vadimonischen lake, run by his army defeated the Gauls and Etruscans allied with each other. This victory cemented the Roman domination of the Etruscans.
