Publius Cornelius Scipio Nasica Corculum

Publius Cornelius Scipio Nasica corculum was a Roman politician and senator.

Scipio was the son of Nasica. After 169 BC, held the office of curule aediles, he was praetor 165 BC. He was 162 and 155 BC, Consul, Censor 159 BC, 150 BC Pontifex Maximus, 147 and 142 BC princeps senatus. In his second consulship he threw the Delmats (see Dalmatia ). As an opponent of Cato he opposed the destruction of Carthage.

His son was Publius Cornelius Scipio Nasica Serapio.
