The Office Putlitzstrasse Mountains is a 1992 formed Office in Brandenburg, in the first 17 communities in the former circles Pritzwalk and pearl mountain ( today Prignitz, Brandenburg ) were combined into an administrative group. By incorporations and municipal mergers, the number of official member municipalities has been reduced to five.
Geographical location
The Office is located in the north of the county Prignitz in Brandenburg ( Germany ), and borders the municipality Karstädt in the west, to the north by the state of Mecklenburg -Western Pomerania, to the Office Meyenburg in the east, and to the community Groß Pankow ( Prignitz ) in the south.
Outline of the Office
The Office Putzlitz Mountains currently manages five municipalities:
- Mountains with the inhabited parts of the municipality Grenzheim, Kleeste, Muggerkuhl and Neuhausen
- Gülitz - Reetz with the inhabited parts of the municipality Gülitz, Reetz, Schönholz and deserts Vahrnow
- Pirow with the district Hülsebeck and the inhabited parts of the municipality Bresch, Burow, Mollnitz and Waldhof
- Putlitzstrasse ( City) with the districts Laaske, Lockstädt, Lütkendorf, Mansfeld, Nettelbeck, Porep, Putlitzstrasse, Sagast and Telschow Weitgendorf and the inhabited parts of the municipality Jakobsdorf, Krumbeck and New Sagast
- Triglitz with the districts Mertensdorf, Silmersdorf, Triglitz and the inhabited parts of the municipality Schmarsow, New Silmersdorf and small Triglitz
History
The Minister of the Interior of Brandenburg issued the formation of the Office Putlitzstrasse Mountains on 23 June 1992 ( with effect from 26 June 1992) his consent. For the official residence of the city Putlitzstrasse was determined. The Office initially consisted of the following communes:
As of 31 December 2001, the municipalities Triglitz, Mertensdorf Silmersdorf and formed the new congregation Triglitz. Also at December 31, 2001, the municipality Hülsebeck was incorporated into the municipality Pirow. On the same date, the communities Gülitz Reetz and formed the new congregation Gülitz - Reetz. And also at 31 December 2001 were the communities Laaske, Lockstädt, Lütkendorf, Mansfeld, Nettelbeck, Porep, Sagast, Telschow Weitgendorf and the city Putlitzstrasse the new city Putlitzstrasse. Thus, the number of municipalities in the Office Putlitzstrasse Mountains had been reduced to five.

The license to run a coat of arms was granted on 12 May 1995. Blazon: " split from silver and green, in a 17 -leaved linden accompanied in confused colors, right from five left -facing red tips, flying up to the left of a silver goose. "
